This company is the original company that created the system now known as the PATH ( Port Authority Trans-Hudson ) system and usually called the ”Hudson Tubes.” Shares were priced at $100 per share. The engraved vignette shows a train in a tunnel under the Hudson River heading to the Hudson Terminal in downtown New York City from Jersey City. Vessels are shown on the water.
